Jeanne Liem Architecture + Design offers a full service in architecture, specializing in residential projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Our projects include remodel, addition, and new custom homes. We also offer as-built drawings, permits, and hand renderings services.
Our design products are tailored to fit the needs of each of our clients in terms of style, specifications, speed of delivery, etc. Our close collaboration with the builders to provide Design-Build Services will result high quality works. We also work directly with homeowner clients.
In every of our designs, we try to implement the green and smart concepts of building. That green concept will take advantage of the site and existing features, build less and minimize energy/resource consumptions, and improve the air quality. Those in overall will benefit to the occupants' health and the sustainability. The smart concept requires us to take a closer look to the users' needs to create spaces that are not only functional and comfortable, but also pleasing.
